​“I heard about ljk Outdoors and Captain Luke from Facebook. After seeing pictures post on their fan page I thought I would give them a call. Every time I've talked to Captain Luke he always was very pleasant and patient and answering any questions that I came up with no matter if it was early morning or late night his response time was great. So I decided to take his head boat and do some bottom fishing with my family. My son that is 6 years old and Spider-Man while he's walking on dry land and my beautiful lady had never been on a boat before to fish so when I tell you that Captain Luke and his first mate welcomed us with open arms is a understatement they treated us like their own family family I never been on a head boat before that can't touch this first mate he was awesome.... Johnny on the spot... always there when you needed help nice and clean kept bait on the hooks...kept lines untangled all with a smile.. we couldn't ask for anything more the experience was phenomenal. All I can say is thank you Captain Luke and first mate for making me and my family have the best fishing day ever we will definitely see you again in the near future”.

“We went out on the Rock Star 4 Aug 17 and had an awesome time. Captain Luke put us on the fish and everyone left with a cooler full. The boat left at 7:00am and I had more than enough fish by 9:30am. Fish were on before the rigs hit the bottom. “Went out with Capt. Luke and mate Daniel 11/22/14. 19 degrees at 6:20am when we left and not more than 10 or 15 minutes into the trip the boat blows a water hose! Wow, are we not gonna fish today?!?! That was not an option. Capt. Luke and Daniel repaired the hose and another boat bought us some water to fill the engine and about a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes later or so we were back on our quest to find rock fish. Now mind you while we sat and they worked on the boat all the other boats that we pulled out in front of passed us as we sat. Now, for the real story, we motor out and we get to a spot and Capt. Luke says here they are and folks it was nothing but ROCK, AFTER ROCK, AFTER ROCK, AFTER ROCK!!!

We were the last ones to get out there and the first ones back after blowing a hose!! How bout them apples!! We were back at the dock, limit reached, fished cleaned by 10:30am. And we caught 27,23,24 inch rock and more. It was an awesome day and to sum up this story with this review and a grade of Captain Luke and Mate Daniel Folks the only thing I can say is they are BADASSSSSSS and they ROCK!!! If you have not tried LJK yet you have not tried the best!!!!
